<p>The invention relates to a method for the production of human blood cytokines, comprising the following steps: a) producing a composition of white blood cells, plasma and an antigen from the whole blood of a donor, whereby the erythrocytes are separated therefrom; b) dividing the composition into a first and a second aliquot; c) unmasking the cells present in the first aliquot, and d) mixing the first aliquot obtained in step c) with the second aliquot and subsequent incubation. The invention further relates to a product having human cytokines obtained through this method and to its use in the treatment and diagnosis of diseases.</p> |
