PURPOSE:To raise smooth output resin pressure up to a target value by constituting the title method so that at the time of starting of an extruding machine, a target value of resin pressure is established in a accordance with the output resin pressure the output resin pressure is increased gradually. CONSTITUTION:Output resin pressure P of an extruding machine 10 is detected simultaneously with detection of rotary control of a motor 14 by a resin pressure detector 41 and a detected signal is fed to a CPU 45 through an A/D converter 44. Then the CPU 45 decides whether or not the output resin pressure P of the extruding machine 10 arrives at a pressure value within Pb(<=5kg/cm<2>) of target pressure value Pt and at a point of time when a decision result becomes (Yes) fresh pressure target value Pt is established according to Pt= Pt+ Pa. An operation signal S46 is put out through a D/A converter 46 based on a deflection between the fresh target pressure value and the output resin pressure at a present point of time, the number of revolutions of a motor 14 is improved and the output resin pressure P of the extruding machine 10 is raised further. |
