ARRAY SUBSTRATE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND THE METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An array panel for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof equipped with a mixture complex insulating layer are provided to improve initial device investment cost and production yield by forming the mixture complex insulating layer in complex insulation material mixing the inorganic and organic insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A mixture complex insulating layer covers a gate line(120) and a gate electrode(125). The mixture complex insulating layer mixes a random structure, a ladder structure and metal oxide. A semiconductor layer overlapped with the gate electrode is formed on the mixture complex insulating layer. The data line vertically crosses with the gate wiring. A protective film covers source and drain electrode. The protective film comprises a contact hole exposing the drain electrode.
