PURPOSE: A safety ladder for overturn prevention is provided to let a worker perform wok safely by preventing a ladder body from overturning bi-directionally and rearward. CONSTITUTION: A safety ladder for overturn prevention(1) contains a ladder body(10) having a first through hole(11) on the lower part, and a lateral overturn prevention bar(20) extended to two sides of the ladder body through the first through hole of the ladder body, and a backward overturn prevention bar(30a) having a second through hole(31) to insert the lateral overturn prevention bar, coupled to two sides of the lateral overturn prevention bar to be movable and extended in the transverse direction of the ladder body.
