<p>The bootee has a wall including an outer layer comprising a rear portion (3) that is more rigid than a front portion (4). A rigid element of the rear portion is juxtaposed to another rigid element of the front portion, where the two elements are fixed together by an edge-to-edge seam (5). The elements fixed together by the seam are plastic materials of different stiffness. The thickness of the former rigid element of the rear portion is between 2.5 and 4 millimeters. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a vamp of a bootee of a sports shoe (2) a method for fabricating a bootee.</p> |
