<p>The device has a frame (22) in which a deflection roller (7) for a supplied film is supported. An elastic element (11) produces film tension on the film. Another deflection roller (9) i.e. dancer roller, is supported in the elastic element that is in the form of a closed body or a circular ring. A central axis of the elastic element is aligned parallel to an axis of the rollers, in an unloaded condition. The elastic element is connected with the frame via a through-hole (16). The roller (9) is spring mounted, damped and guided by the elastic element.</p> |
