PURPOSE: A preprocess apparatus for a tantal condenser and a method thereof are provided to infiltrate a nitric manganese solvent to the center of a pellet, thereby entirely forming a uniform manganese dioxide cathode layer in the pellet. CONSTITUTION: A preprocess apparatus for a tantal condenser includes a dipping bath(10), a liquid crystal blocking film(12), an ultra vibrator, and an up/down movement unit(30). An upper part of the dipping bath is opened. The dipping bath is filled with a nitric manganese solvent(11). The liquid crystal blocking film adjusts a vibration level of the nitric manganese solvent in the upper part of the dipping bath. The ultra vibrator is mounted in a lower part of the dipping bath. The up/down movement unit submerges the pellet into the dipping bath.
