PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to secure installation space for components arrangement in upper part of a case by expanding the arrangement space. CONSTITUTION: A first and second cases(100A-1,100B-1) build the outer shape of a first and second bodies(100A,100B). The first and second case are combined as being overlapped. The spring is flexibly supported between the first case and the fixing unit(210). The spring guide shaft guides the spring. To prevent interference in the components arrangement in the first case, the guide axis of the spring is bent.
