PURPOSE: A sphingosine activating agent and a skin therapeutic agent containing the same are provided to promote synthesis of spingosine-1-phosphate and recover injured skin function. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating skin scar, wrinkle, atopic dermatitis, or psoriasis contains sphingosine kinase as an active ingredient. The activating agent of sphingosine kinase contains at least one compound among compounds of chemical formulas 1 to 8. The activating agent of sphingosine suppresses cell proliferation in keratinocytes and promotes differentiation. In addition, the agent promotes cell proliferation and collagen synthesis in fibroblasts. The therapeutic agent is used in the form of toner, lotion, cream, essence, pack, powder, ointment, suspension, emulsion, spray, soap, shampoo, or gel.
