PURPOSE: A core pin unit for diecasting is provided to prevent thermal deformation of a core pin body, damage to a cooler, and the leakage of cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A core pin unit for diecasting comprises a core pin body(10), a locking screw(20), a spring(30), and a cooler(40). The core pin body is inserted in a core die(3) and a core holder(5), with front tip protruding to the front of the core die and rear tip protruding to the back of the core holder. The core pin body has a fastening piece(13) along the circumference of the center hole thereof. The locking screw is installed on the core holder, with the rear end of the core pin body inserted. The spring is interposed between the core pin body and the locking screw within the core holder. The cooler is inserted from the back of the core pin body to the core pin body and mounted on the rear end of the core pin body.
