PURPOSE: A functional condom having an elastic rib and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase sexual feeling of male by pressurizing male genitalia, delay ejaculation, and prevent separation of the condom. CONSTITUTION: The functional condom includes: a band part(130); a body part(120); a semen bag(110); and an elastic rib(122) formed on the inside of the body part corresponding to a zonule part of male genitalia in the direction of narrowing an inner diameter. The elastic rib is formed on a position corresponding to the zonule of the male genitalia at angles of 10 to 90 degrees to a longitudinal direction of the body part.
