PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor capable of preventing the increase in ESR. SOLUTION: The first invention relates to the solid-state electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element provided with an anode part and a cathode part, an anode lead frame connected to the anode part through a bolster member, and a cathode lead frame connected to the cathode part, the capacitor element is coated with a coating resin, and the anode lead frame and the cathode lead frame are partially exposed from the coating resin, and the solid-state electrolytic capacitor is provided with a projection on a surface of the anode lead frame between an anode lead frame inner edge facing the cathode lead frame and the bolster member. It is preferable that the projection extends toward both ends of the anode lead frame in a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the anode part.
