PURPOSE: A rotating device of a trailer is provided to easily rotate a trailer without external equipment like a forklift truck or a crane. CONSTITUTION: A rotating device of a trailer is composed of a pair of rails, a rotary plate, a wheel, and a braking unit. The pair of rails are formed to be sloped about the surface. The rotary plate is formed on the rail. A wheel of a trailer(10) is supported on the rotary plate. The wheel is connected to the rotary plate to rotate the trailer according to the slope moving along a rail of the rotary plate, and moves along the surface of a rail. The braking unit is formed in the rail and the rotary plate. The braking unit selectively brakes the movement of the rotary plate about the rail.
