PURPOSE: An inner cutting apparatus for steel pipes is provided to control the cutting depth and location easily by being supported on more than three spots inside of a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe inner cutting apparatus comprises a base member(100) located on top of a steel pipe, a lifting device(110) with a wire which is installed in the base member, a body(200) which is inserted into the steel pipe by being suspended on the wire of the lifting device, a plasma torch(300) installed in the body, and a plurality of supporting members(210) which are installed in the body to support the inner surface of the steel pipe.
