PURPOSE: A wireless telecommunications system and a method for using the reference signal for systematically designing a pilot structure or a pattern are provided to receive control signal and data signal through a communication interface. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pilot regulations obtains(502). Radio channel information is acquired between a wireless communication device and the other wireless communication device(504). The applicable pilot regulation is selected(506). One pilot structure is used for the radio channel(508). The data is transmitted through the radio channel by using the pilot structure.
