PURPOSE: An assembly-type boat is provided to keep the airtightness by using O-rings of the same shape, thereby facilitating the connecting work of parts. CONSTITUTION: An assembly-type boat comprises an upper plate(58), a space part(57), a plurality of insertion grooves, a head member(51), a connecting member(52), a plurality of protrusions(66), a following member(53), a first O-ring(54), a bolt, and a nut. The upper plate is separable. The space part is located in the lower part of the upper plate. The head member has a through hole passing through the space part. The connecting member comprises the protrusion, the insertion groove, and a through hole. The first O-ring is inserted into the girth surface of each protrusion. A connection piece is formed in one side of a second O-ring. The bolt and the nut integrate the head member, the connecting member, and the following member.
