<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure stably an anion by prolonging lifetime of capillary and needle. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring device includes a capillary electrophoretic device (CE) 10 separating a sample 12, a sprayer 30 atomizing the separated sample, and a mass spectrometer (MS) 40 analyzing an anionic compound from the atomized sample.
