PURPOSE:To simplify a device, to reduce cost and further to observe the relationship of a convergent position deviation for laser light fluxes in each photoelectric element fitting position on the same picture by respectively arranging indexes in the fitting positions of the respective photoelectric elements and providing one observing means to observe the images of all the indexes on an optical path. CONSTITUTION:When a beam splitter 20 is arranged in a prescribed position and the laser light flux is emitted from a first laser pen, a first pin hole becomes a first point light source and when the laser light flux is emitted from a second laser pen 515, second and third pin holls 511a and 511b become second and third point light sources respectively. When work accuracy is normal for the beam splitter 20 and a sub beam splitter 26, the three point light sources 501a, 511a and 511b are observed as three dot images to be overlapped at the center of a monitor. Thus, the device is simplified and the cost is reduced. Further, the deviation of the convergent positions of the respective laser light fluxes can be totally observed by the observing means in one spot. |
