<p>PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength of the whole of a bottle by reinforcing sufficiently a parting line part from a structural point of view, by providing a reinforcement rib by bending and projecting the same along a parting line by making the parting line into a bent line. CONSTITUTION:Although a height is about the same with a bottle body 1, a belly part 2' is made into a flat and cylindroid state by enlarging sufficiently the major axis on the basis of the minor axis, that is, the same is enlarged by synthetic projected height amount of both reinforcing ribs 3, through which biaxially stretched blow molding of a premolded product 1' is performed. The same is united with a blow mold device of a bottle 1 under a state where the same is heated at a blow molding temperature. Main split molds 6 possess bridge rib 3 molding auxiliary mold surfaces 8 at a boundary part between mating surface 9 and a main molding surface 7 and mold clamping is performed under a state where the premolded product 1 is united with the blow mold device. Both side fringe parts of the belly part 2' molded beforehand into a larger major axis than that of a belly blow 2 are put between auxiliary mold surface 8 of both the main split molds 6 with clamping of the main split molds 6 and molded into the reinforcement rib 3 as it is. The premolded product 1' is blow-molded into the bottle body 1 as it is kept under a state where the reinforcement rib 3 is put between the main split molds 6.</p> |
