PURPOSE: A sudden fall prevention device of a vehicle opening and closing door is provided to prevent the sudden fall of a door certainly by having a simple operating structure. CONSTITUTION: A sudden fall prevention device of a vehicle opening and closing door comprises a rail, a slider ascending and descending simultaneously an ascending and descending vertical opening and closing door on the rail, a pendulum(40) swinging by installing the top to the slider to be movable, and a sudden fall prevention stopper composed of round projections(50) installed to one horizontal side in which the pendulum ascends and descents at regular intervals and hanging holes(60) installed to the other horizontal side at regular intervals correspondingly to the round projections. |
