PURPOSE: A roaster using radiant heat is provided to prevent taste of the cooking material from being lost or burnt by forming a main body and a lid of yellow earthen walls and cooking food using infrared radiation effect generated by the yellow earthen wall. CONSTITUTION: A roaster using radiant heat comprises a main body(4), a lid(6), a support(8), and an oil drip tray(10). A hot plate(1) is installed at the lower part of the main body. An upper cooking cavity(2) and a lower combustion chamber(3) of the main body are divided to be independent. The lid seals the upper opening. A yellow soil wall(11) is attached on the inner wall of the lid and the main body. The support is installed inside the main body. The oil drip tray is installed at the lower part of the support. The oil drip tray is connected to an exhaust line(9). The exhaust line passes through the main body. |
