PURPOSE: A cavity pipe and a construction method thereof are provided to form and repair easily a waste pipe, a drain pipe, a tunnel, and an Eco-corridor. CONSTITUTION: A cavity pipe(10) comprises a main body(11) and a combination fixing unit. The main body is made of an elastic material. The main body has a cut portion(20) cut in the longitudinal direction. The both-sided end points of the cut portion are overlapped to each other. The combination fixing unit applies the external force from the inside of the cavity pipe to the combination state of both end portions of the cut portion of the main body.
