PURPOSE: A torque measuring device is provided to facilitate fixing the torque measuring device on a space in a vehicle by preventing a case from being moved inside the space in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A torque measuring device comprises a case(110), a stator(125), a magnet(135), and a sensor. An elastic bar(110a) is formed at the exterior of the case. The stator is installed inside the case to be rotated. The stator is rotated with the output shaft. The magnet is installed inside the stator to be rotated. The magnet rotates a steering shaft connected to the output shaft through a steering. The sensor senses the magnetic field between the stator and the magnet.
