PURPOSE: An ECU of a vehicle is provided to remove an unnecessary device such as a housing, a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), and a microcontroller device, thereby reducing the weight of the ECU and the whole weight of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(1) of a vehicle comprises the ECU of a back warning system and the ECU of an electronic parking brake system. The ECU of the back warning system senses the obstacle of the back of the vehicle and delivers the sensing result to a driver. The ECU of the electronic parking brake system controls electronically the driving of a parking brake. The ECUs of the back warning system and the electronic parking brake system are integreated in a single ECU. A back sensing interface(30) transmits a measurement value of a back distance of the obstacle sensed in a back distance sensor to a sub microcontroller(31). A motor driving module(38) drives the parking brake of the vehicle in response to a parking brake driving signal created in a microcontroller(37).
