PURPOSE: A double oil fence is provided to form a space part between an inner oil fence and an outer oil fence, thereby effectively preventing the diffusion of oil pollution on the sea. CONSTITUTION: A double oil fence(1) comprises an inner oil fence(10), an outer oil fence(20), an inner floating member(12), an outer floating member(22), a plurality of protrusions(13,23), an inner blocking film(11), an outer blocking film(21), a weight(25), a plurality of drain holes(15), a plurality of lower protrusions(14,24), and a space part(2). The outer floating member is higher than the inner floating member. The plurality of protrusions is formed in the inner sides of the outer floating member and the inner floating member. The inner blocking film and the outer blocking film are respectively installed in the lower end parts of the inner floating member and the outer floating member downward. The lower end parts of the inner blocking film and the outer blocking film are coupled. The weight is installed in the coupled lower end part. The plurality of drain holes is formed in the lower part of the inner blocking film. The space part is formed between the inner oil fence and the outer oil fence by the protrusions and the lower protrusions.
