PURPOSE: A sealing structure of an insert for a water jacket is provided to divide the cooling water flow inside of the water jacket and make the upper flow faster, thereby cooling the upper part of a cylinder block, in which more thermal load is exerted, more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A sealing structure of an insert for a water jacket comprises an interlayer isolation frame(110) and a plurality of support frames(120). The water jacket(J) is formed in a cylinder block. The interlayer isolation frame is formed in the same shape as the water jacket and includes a plurality of stopper frames(150) which protrude from the side opposite to the support frame. The support frames are protruded from one side of the interlayer isolation frame and contact with the inner surface of the water jacket.
