PURPOSE: A sound isolation material having a double vinyl pad is provided to improve soundproofing capacity remarkably by coupling vinyl pads among a waterproofing layer, a thermal insulating and sound isolating layer, and a damping layer. CONSTITUTION: A sound isolation material having a double vinyl pad comprises a waterproofing layer(100) formed in a GF or PVC impregnated layer, a first vinyl pad(200) made with polypropylene resin, a thermal insulating and sound isolating layer(300) made with polyurethane based foamed resin, a second vinyl pad(400) made with polypropylene resin, and a damping layer(500) made with plastic resin.
