PURPOSE: A hydraulic parking brake system for a vehicle is provided to improve the space availability by deleting a parking lever and to improve the operability of a parking brake by converting to a parking brake with the simple switch operation. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic parking brake system for a vehicle is composed of a disk(110), a pressurization unit(120), a hydraulic line(130), a power generating unit(140), and a parking switch(220), and a parking unit(300). The disk integrally rotates with a vehicle wheel. The pressurization unit stops the vehicle wheel by pressurizing the disk. The hydraulic line supplies the fluid to the pressurization unit. The power generating unit generates the constant hydraulic pressure with the fluid of the hydraulic line. The parking switch is installed in the branch point of a branch line(210) branched from the hydraulic line. The parking switch converts the route of the fluid. The parking unit is installed between the branch line and the pressurization unit. The parking unit interrupts the rotation of the disk by pressurizing the pressurization unit with hydraulic pressure when the parking switch is "ON".
