<p>The method involves elaborating a contextual menu (3) of actions relative to status of a user (1) having a terminal (2) e.g. mobile telephone, in a unified communication system during reception of a call by the terminal of the user, where the actions respond to a telephone call by using a message adapted to a status of the user. The menu is adapted with respect to possible transfer of the received call. The system integrates an agenda e.g. Outlook(RTM: personal information manager) of the user, where the status of the user is defined based on events recorded in the agenda. An independent claim is also included for a unified communication system comprising an elaboration unit.</p> |
