The system has a case (1) comprising a digital display screen (14) e.g. screen with two binary digits, for displaying numbers of commentary data contained in a storage memory unit. Control keys (15-19) are formed in the form of tactile zones, where the keys (15, 16) control forward/reverse running of a commentary data reading unit. The case is made of plastic material, and comprises length and width similar to those of a bank card. The thickness of the case is small. The case encloses an electronic device that includes a microcontroller and a flash memory.
