PURPOSE: A vacuum waste incinerator is provided to incinerate completely waste and recycle waste created after the incinerating in the production of building materials, thereby preserving resources and preventing the discharge of toxic ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum waste incinerator comprises a vent pipe(3), an air compressor, a bunker C oil burner(14a), a brown gas burner(13a), doors(5,6), and a digital temperature controller. The vent pipe discharges the smoke of a high temperature created in incineration. The air compressor blocks expansion. Waste flows in through the doors. The bunker C oil burner receives fuel from a bunker C oil tank(14). The brown gas burner receives brown gas from a brown gas generator(13). The digital temperature controller measures temperature and runs at a predetermined temperature. |
