PURPOSE: A steam generator is provided to reduce power consumption, prevent malfunction of the steam generator by high pressure steam, and improve an insulation effect by warming up the water using an induction heating module. CONSTITUTION: The steam generator includes: a body part(10) receiving water, and having a coil(5) connected to a control part(1) installed on the lower side of the inside; a heating plate(20) installed in the upper side of the body part; and a cover(30) covering the upper side of the body part, and having plural steam discharge holes(31) and a water inlet hole(32). The cover further includes plural high pressure discharge valves(50) for discharging steam of a high pressure. |
