<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protective controller of a hybrid car for preventing a generated power of a power generator from exceeding an input limit value of a power electric battery to suppress deterioration of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: A battery protective controller of a hybrid car is provided with a battery protective control means which has an engine 305, a power generator 304, the power electric battery 301, and a battery protective controlling means to set a low input limit value to the battery 301 on a condition of low and high temperatures.
