PURPOSE: An integrated facility management method based on a network and a system thereof are provided to enable interested parties involved in various facilities to easily conduct management and operation business processing, supervision, and evaluation, thereby obtaining an increase of efficiency as realizing computerization of management. CONSTITUTION: A server computer sets an authority for a service use limit of interested parties involved in each facility(S40). The server computer offers page information including a menu in accordance with the authority to computers of the interested parties(S70). The server computer reads facility related information corresponding to the selected menu, processing results of applied contents, and business management data from a DB(S80). The server computer provides a page for data input of the selected menu to the computers of the interested parties. |
