PURPOSE: A systems and methods for power amplifier with integrated passive device are provided to improve the power coupling efficiency by electrically interlinking signal. CONSTITUTION: The signal amplification part(108) comprises a plurality of power devices. The signal amplification part receives a message the input radio frequency(RF) signal. A plurality of power devices amplifies the respective input wireless frequency signal and the signal amplification part generates a plurality of amplified signals. The signal combiner(106) unites the output signal for transferring a plurality of amplified signals to the load. The signal combiner physically separates from the signal amplification part. The connecting element part(104) electrically interlinks the signal amplification part and signal combiner.
