PURPOSE: A method for producing a biosensor which enables detection of dioxin compound from food, blood or environment is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a biosensor comprises: a step(S11) of inserting fluorescence gene to rat hepatoma cells through genetic modification; a step(S12) of culturing basic cells in a culture room; and a step(S13) of isolating the cultured cells and splitting part of the cells. The splitting step is performed when 75%-85% of cells are taken among total culture dish. A method for detecting dioxin compound comprises: a step of supplying cultured cells; a step of inputting cultured cells to a matrix; and a step of measuring concentrate of dioxin compound. |
