PURPOSE: A heat dissipating device with a heat pipe type is provided to increase an effective heat dissipation area of a heat pipe by forming the heat pipe with a spiral or serpentine shape. CONSTITUTION: A heat source(1) is installed in a thermal plate(50). A thermal block(10) is installed in the thermal plate. A pipe part(30) is combined in the thermal block and discharges the heat from the thermal block. One end of the pipe is opened. The pipe part is comprised of a plurality of pipes. The pipes are radially arranged around the heat source. The thermal block has a flow part and a coupling unit. The flow part absorbs the heat from the heat source. The coupling unit is coupled with the pipe part. The operation fluid is injected to the pipe part and the flow part.
