METHOD ON CONTROLLING OF STEAM FLOW RATE BY CONTROLLING OIL TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A steam flow rate regulation method through oil temperature control is provided to reduce the amount of steam which is consumed for heating oil by lowering the oil temperature from the point of time for heating the oil remaining in a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A steam flow rate regulation method through oil temperature control is as follows. When it is determined that dead oil begins to be created in a pipe during shifting operation, the controller controls the flow rate of steam until shifting is completed by operating and stopping a transfer pump and regulates the heating temperature of oil in a settling tank to 55~80°C. The dead oil is the phenomenon that oil is refilled, not supplied to an oil tank.
