LENTIVIRAL VECTORS COMPRISING FERRITIN GENE AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A lentiviral vector containing ferritin gene is provided to perform MRI analysis and fluorescence image detection. CONSTITUTION: A lentiviral vector for MRI(magnetic resonance image) contains nucleic acids which encode ferritin protein and fluorescence protein. The ferritin protein is operably connected to a first promoter and fluorescence protein is operably to a second promoter. The vector additionally contains internal ribosome entry site(IRES) to 3'-terminal of the nucleic acid and positive selection marker. The first promoter is CMV(cytomegalovirus) promoter and second promoter is PGK(phosphoglycerate kinase) promotr. The ferritin protein is ferritin heavy chain(FTH) protein.
