PURPOSE: A micro-pump having the big pumping force by a snap-through is provided to control flow of fluid through a pumping unit and to prevent the counter flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A micro-pump having the big pumping force by a snap-through comprises a lower structure(110), a curved working device(120) and a top structure(130). The lower structure comprises an inlet port(111) in which the fluid flows in, and an outlet port(112) exhausting the fluid, and a space part filled with the fluid. The curved working device contacts with the space part of the lower structure. The top structure comprises the space part accepting the curved working device and is combined with the lower structure. The lower structure and top structure are manufactured with polymer with superior bio compatibility or the surfaces of the top structure and lower structure are coated with the polymer.
