PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for handling a scheduling information report are provided to enable an apparatus to improve a UL transmission function of a UE(User Equipment) and the system resource scheduling. CONSTITUTION: A BSR(Buffer Status Report) and a PHR(Power Headroom Report) are initiated(410), and the BSR corresponds to a regular BSR. In case that the reports has a UL(Uplink) resource allocated to new transmission, resource allocation is performed(420). The resource allocation priority of a MAC(Medium Access Control) element of the BSR is higher than the PHR. The process is terminated(430).
