PURPOSE: A hot water supply and heating apparatus using solar energy is provided to transfer solar heat to a hot water pipe effectively even if the incidence angle of sunlight changes and to improve thermal efficiency with respect to area by employing line lenses attached to a light collecting member. CONSTITUTION: A hot water supply and heating apparatus using solar energy comprises a case, a hot water pipe(110), first and second heat amplification pipes(120,122), a heat keeping plate, a plurality of heat adsorption plates(130), first and second glass plates, and a light collecting member. The heat adsorption plates are installed vertically, surrounding the hot water pipe, and first and second heat amplification pipes. The first glass plate blocks the case above the adsorption plate to close the lower space. The second glass plate blocks the case above the light collecting member to close the lower space. The light collecting member is installed on the first glass plate in the longitudinal direction of each hot water pipe. The transverse section of the light collecting member is semicircular and the vertical section is rectangular. Two line lenses are attached to the light collecting member.
