PURPOSE: A servo cylinder is provided to block the leakage of fluid and prevent wear and corrosion due to friction between a cylinder and a piston by installing a sleeve tube and a pad seal between them. CONSTITUTION: A servo cylinder comprises a cylinder(10), an end cap(20), a feedback rod(30), a piston(40), a piston rod(50), a sealing part, a sleeve tube(70). A fluid storage chamber(11) is installed inside the cylinder. The end cap is connected to one end of the fluid storage chamber. The feed back rod is tightly accommodated inside a rod penetrating hole(21) of the end cap, and emerged in and out of the fluid storage chamber of the cylinder. The piston is connected to one end of the feedback rod arranged inside the fluid storage chamber. The piston rod is connected to the other end of the piston and is projected out of the cylinder. The rod sealing part is interposed between the piston rod and the cylinder. The sleeve tube is installed between the cylinder and the piston. |
