PURPOSE: An arm rest for a thermotherapy device is provided, which can use external ceramics easily and can keep external ceramics conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An arm rest for a thermotherapy device comprises a body portion(110) having predetermined thickness; a space part(122) which is formed in the outside of the body portion and in which the inside is empty; an opening and closing cover(124) in which the inside of the space part is opened or closed; a finger fitting portion(126) which is formed in the upside of the opening and closing cover and is formed of a space for insertion of a finger; and a hinge spring(128) which is formed under the opening and closing cover and opens and closes the opening and closing cover.
