<p>A system and method for treating a vascular condition. The system includes a catheter and an inflatable member operably attached to the catheter. A plurality of detachable microdarts is disposed on the inflatable member. The method includes locating a vulnerable plaque. An inflatable member including a plurality of biodegradable and detachable microdarts is positioned adjacent the vulnerable plaque.
