PURPOSE: An insert antenna module for a portable terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be applied to a portable terminal with various curved surfaces by forming an antenna radiator made of conductive metal material. CONSTITUTION: An insert antenna module for a portable terminal includes an antenna radiator(210) and a radiator cover. The antenna radiator is cut and bended along an antenna pattern. The antenna radiator is made of the conductive metal material and is formed in an outer surface of the antenna module by the insert injection molding. A connection terminal(211) is formed in the antenna radiator and is connected to the internal circuit of the portable terminal. The thickness of the antenna radiator is 0.5 mm. The radiator cover is formed in the outer surface of the antenna radiator to protect the antenna radiator.
