PURPOSE: A nail sticker structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly implant floc having a shape of drawing the various colar or pattern. CONSTITUTION: The nail sticker manufacturing method includes: a step(S1) of forming a resin system capable of attaching/detaching or a tackifier layer of the acryl system; a step(S2) of laminating a base coating layer on an upper part of the tackifier layer by the screen printing method using one coating manner among the ultra violet coating, PVC coating, urethane coating, acrylic; a step(S3) of forming a glue layer containing the oily silicon or acryl on the upper part of the base coating layer; a flocking step(S4) for forming the electrostatic field and constituting a floc flocked layer; and a step(S5) of solidifying the adhesive by drying the cloth coated with the floc and the adhesive in a room temperature. |
