An exhaust turbo-charger having excellent workability during assembly and disassembly while effectively preventing the exhaust gas flowing between a turbine housing and a bearing housing from leaking outside the turbo-charger. The turbo-charger comprises the turbine housing into which the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine are introduced, a turbine wheel installed in the turbine housing and rotated by the exhaust gas, a turbine shaft one end of which is inserted into the turbine housing and the other end of which is connected to the turbine wheel, a bearing for supporting the turbine shaft, and a bearing housing which is connectedto the turbine housing and in which the bearing is contained. Bolt insertion holes are formed in the turbine housing. A heat insulator insert with female thread is installed in each of the bolt insertion holes. The turbine housing and the bearing housing are fixed to each other with the bolts engaged with the inserts with female thread.
