PURPOSE: A method utilizing imaging data in a mobile terminal is provided to perform image folder management functions and a communication function through the stored image information. CONSTITUTION: If the image information registration is selected, a displayed image with a marked facial area is acknowledged. The user information corresponding to the acknowledged facial area is determined(540). If the user information exists, the facial area and the user information are marked on the image(545,550). If the user information does not exist, the user information is registered(570). The face range and authorized user information are marked on the image.
