A manufacturing method of magnetic nano particle in which a diamond cetylene based polymer coating layer is formed is provided to increase chemical stability of the magnetic nano particle and not to remove magnetic property of the chemically unstable magnetic nano particle. A manufacturing method of magnetic nano particle in which a diamond cetylene based polymer coating layer is formed comprises steps of: mixing magnetic nano particle and self-assembly diamond cetylene based monomer and forming a diamond cetylene based monomer coating layer at surface of the magnetic nano particle; irradiating UV to the diamond cetylene system monomer coating layer and forming the diamond cetylene based polymer coating layer at the surface of the magnetic nano particle. The magnetic nano particle comprises a magnetite(Fe3O4).
